With +15 years of experience in HR-related and people-focused roles, David launched Dand HR Associates in 2019 to help professional services SMEs compete for the best talent and to deliver an exceptional, premium service “the way I wish it were done when I was a client.”

David is highly motivated to help others learn, grow, and develop. He has travelled extensively in his career, notably in Europe and the USA, working for international corporates including Ernst & Young (EY), Laureate, AXA and Roche. Leadership and Organisational Design Consultant 

Durham-based Mark is a coach, mediator, and award-winning Leadership and Organisation Development Specialist with over 30 years’ experience of learning and organisation development experience.

He is a member of the British Psychological Society and a qualified practitioner for a wide range of psychometric diagnostic tools.

Mark is a playful and positive provocateur and advises our clients with organisational change and development projects.

Training Consultant 

Yaron was born and raised in Israel. After graduating from Berklee College of Music he performed on many of the biggest stages and theatres in the world as a professional drummer in the arts. He is now a coach leading training and development workshops on mindset, communication and trust. 

Leveraging experiences of performing with international teams on some of the world biggest stages, he brings direct, playful and honest approaches that unlock potential, positive change, well-being and improved leadership

Talent Acquisition Consultant 

Lisa is enthusiastic about providing exemplary levels of customer service and works proactively to find quality candidates for our clients.

Lisa has excellent communication and problem-solving skills and can use these effectively to add real value to the end-to-end recruitment process.

Lisa has worked for organisations such as Goldman Sachs and Hogg Robinson. With a varied business background in Recruitment, Employee Benefits, Purchasing/Negotiation and Law across a wide range of industry sectors, Lisa is well qualified to understand our client’s requirements and the relevant candidate skill set to meet that need. 

Employee Rewards Consultant

Michael creates and implements Employee Benefits packages to attract and retain the best talent for our clients.

Surrey-based, Michael works with integrity, believing that educating employees to see the value in their Employee Benefits is equally as important as setting up the right benefits.

Michael has 20+ years of experience working with small, boutique companies through to large businesses and creating plans for individuals.

Employer Branding Consultant

Murray supports our Employer Branding work as a photographer and videographer. He produces imagery and collateral for our clients that speak to their customers and candidates. 

Passionate about the process of storytelling and capturing the essential details, his use of still, video and drone imagery.

He is personable and technically on the ball, putting our clients at ease during shoots. 

Change and Strategy Consultant

James brings a wealth of experience in the professional services sector, advising our clients on Change, Strategy, and Organisation Design. 

As the former CEO of accounting and law networks  Alliott Group and PKF International, James has worked with local independent market-leading firms to Big 4 and Magic Circle law firms, as well as businesses from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies. 

He is based in Wiltshire in the UK.
